Locanda Rosa Rosae (TV)
Locanda Rosa Rosae is one of the most romantic and charming places in Veneto. The 16th-century watermill has been restored by architect Silvio Stefani giving life to an enchanted world. The extraordinary atmosphere is made of a perfect mix of rustic details and contemporary design, like the Eames chairs or the giant Octopus chandelier designed by Stefani itself. Fresh flowers and candles everywhere enhance this sense of rare beauty. The menu changes depending on the availability of seasonal products but don’t miss the chance to taste the home-made desserts. Open only on weekends, it is the perfect stage either for a scenographic winter dinner or a summer lunch under the beautiful wisteria.
Where: in the Breda di Piave countryside
When: lunch or dinner
Why: to feel like in a fairy tale
How: in winter book a table in one of the cosy rooms (better not seating in the main room where the starter and dessert buffet is served and therefore it can lack of intimacy), in summer you can enjoy the beautiful garden
Only set menu at 70 euro available, all included (wines, digestives…), starters and desserts are served buffet-style (they are really good, make sure you leave some room for the yummy home-made cakes), whilst the first and second courses are served at the table.
