In Dolo, a tiny spot located in the Brenta Riviera near Venice, Nòmada is a cool lifestyle brand that includes a gourmet bistro, a food collection and a homonymous Riad in Marrakech. The restaurant, which has been created in a former art gallery, offers – thanks to his young chef Thomas Mattiello who trained at Gualtiero Marchesi, Bulgari, and Ritz in Barcelona – a traditional Venetian cuisine with a Spanish touch and a Moroccan vibe. Here, in an artsy environment recently restyled by a tattoo artist, traditional recipes have been reinterpreted adding a modern touch made of Mediterranean spices, fresh olive oil, seasonal products. The menù, which includes also a “luxury” selection of fresh oysters and caviar, is paired by a great choice of wines, with over 200 labels from Italy and abroad, with a special eye for unconventional proposals.
